When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide the Seller with true, accurate and complete information about himself and, if necessary, keep this information up to date.

If the Buyer provides inaccurate information or the Seller has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided by the Buyer is untrue, incomplete, inaccurate or violates the rights of third parties, the Seller has the right to suspend or cancel the order or completely refuse to register subsequent orders of the Buyer.

The Buyer confirms that, acting voluntarily, in his own will and in his own interest, he gives the Seller consent to the processing of personal data (any operation or set of operations performed with personal data, both by automated means and without them, for example collection, registration, organization , storage, recovery, adaptation or modification, retrieval, advice, use, disclosure by transmission, distribution or otherwise making available, grouping or combining, blocking, deletion or destruction).

The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of registration on the site, identification, information, negotiations, conclusion and execution of an agreement, for filling out tax invoices and other primary documents, confirmation and status of placed orders, issuing invoices for ordered products and services, ensuring delivery of the ordered products participation in promotions, evaluation and analysis of the operation of the website, online store and the Seller’s hotline, in order to promote goods, works, services through various means of communication, including by phone, e-mail, regular mail, via the Internet and others lawful purposes established by the Seller’s policy.

The following categories of personal data are processed: first name, last name and patronymic, mobile phone, email, bank details, address (place of residence/registration), telephone/fax.

The buyer enjoys the rights provided for by Law No. 133 of 07/08/2011 providing for the protection of personal data, regarding the right to information, the right to access data, the right to intervene, the right to object, the right to non-disclosure of an individual decision, the right to go to court in case of violation their rights.
