1. Placing an order

1.1. To order by phone, contact the call center operator at 060667677 and provide all the necessary information for delivery.
1.2. Placing an online order on the website

• When placing an online order, your application is automatically sent to the operator for processing;

• When placing an order from 09:00 to 12:00 – delivery is carried out on the same day until 19:00;

• When placing an order after 12:00, the order will be delivered the next day;

2. Cost and delivery time

Delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00. Delivery time may vary depending on order amount, weather conditions and traffic. We count on your understanding and ask you to meet the courier at the entrance to the entrance/building/business center.
The cost of delivery in Chisinau and the suburbs of the municipality is FREE.
The minimum order value is 500 lei.

3. Payment methods:

• Cash upon receipt of order

• Advance payment by transfer based on an invoice for payment

4. Receiving an order

Upon receipt of your order, check the quantity and quality of the product. If additional documents are required, please dial the operator first. If an order cannot be accepted within the stated time, you may cancel it or select a different delivery time. To make changes, you must contact the operator at 060667677.
