The privately owned brewery Scheuerer, founded in 1887, is located in the picturesque small town of Moosbach, which is just a few miles walk from the Czech border. Currently, the equipped brewery produces 11 different types of top and bottom fermented beer.
Pure water of the highest quality from a 40 m deep well, the best malt from the city of Baugerste and wheat from the famous Bavarian regions, as well as Spalt and Hallertau hops – raw materials that allow the German brewer to produce quality Moosbacher beer.
The new high-tech filling line prevents any external particles from entering the bottles as they are filled. All equipment is controlled by computers, and the process of creating beer, from secret recipes to storage under natural heating conditions, is aimed at preserving the vitamins and flavor and aromatic characteristics of beer during the manufacturer-guaranteed shelf life of up to 12 months.
